We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with a HelmWise digital product for any reason, email us at hello@helmwisegovernance.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

Our products are delivered immediately after checkout via a download link; the 30-day guarantee applies regardless of whether you have already downloaded the files.

If something is simply wrong with your order — a broken or missing file, a duplicate purchase, or a failed delivery — contact us and we will put it right straight away.

Payments are processed by Link, LLC / Stripe as merchant of record; their consumer terms and any mandatory statutory consumer rights in your country also apply to your purchase, in addition to this guarantee.
